SHRINE LICENSE PLATE PROGRAM 

Show your pride in our fraternity by purchasing a shrine license plate for all of your vehicle and motorcycles.

To Renew Plates: Click on the Renew An Existing Plate button to pay your annual $10 fee.

 

For New Plates: Click on the "Request an Application" link to download and fill out the form. (Already printed forms are also available from the Fraternal Office).

Send the completed form along with $15.00 to the Fraternal Office. The $15 goes to support the Murat Temple. 

A stamped approved original will be returned to you. Take that to any BMV office to get your license plate. BMV will charge a $15.00 service fee for the plate.
