1. Parade Date is Friday, September 29, 2023. Parade starts promptly at 6:00pm from Falls Park.

2. All floats/ entrants must be approved by the Parade Coordinator Cori Hunckler. After the application is received, you should receive a confirmation email/ phone call within 3-4 days.

3. All applications should be received no later than September 22, 2023 to be eligible for entry to the parade.

4. No floats with the following agenda(s):
    a. Political Candidates 
    b. Support for/against debated community issues

5. All floats must be mobile. There is to be no walking alongside float, unless it is the PHHS Band and/or Cheerleaders.

6. Candy must be lightly tossed from the unit.

7. Floats/ entrants with animals, MUST have someone following behind to clean up mess.

8. As a contact person you are responsible for letting your participants know there is NO PARKING at the parade line-up site. Parents WILL BE turned away from dropping their kids off at the parade site. Please plan a place to meet as a group AND THEN come to the parade site.

9. As a contact person, you are responsible for informing your participants' parents of where the pick-up location is. THERE SHOULD BE NO STOPPING of the parade to let participants off.

10. If you are a parade entry that will be going around the stadium, then all participants should have a ticket to the game.
